AI-assisted bookkeeping, with human review built in. DVEX Books AI is an independent software prototype designed to help bookkeepers and small businesses organize receipts, review extracted information, and prepare clean records for accounting and CPA workflows.

Human-led quality assurance

AI-generated values are suggestions, not final bookkeeping entries. The workflow is designed around review statuses such as Needs Attention, Bookkeeper Reviewed, and Ready for CPA. Sensitive financial documents require appropriate access controls and secure handling before production use.
